Those missions are Automatic Love, Transmission, Life During Wartime, and Search and Destroy. This side job appears in parts after certain main missions are completed. First and foremost, you must complete all four parts of the Tapeworm side job. Instead, there are some very specific choices you must make when dealing with Johnny at certain points in the game. However, testing has proven you do not necessarily need to have a high synergy percentage as you might think. Now, thematically speaking, you need to improve your relationship with Johnny in order to unlock this secret ending. Basically, you need to make friends with the rocker/terrorist ghost that lives in your head. The gist of how it happens is, you must have a certain affinity with Johnny Silverhand. The secret ending was a bit of a myth for a while, as triggering it can be difficult. The game ends with the tank speeding across the desert, V and Panam sitting on it together, letting go of the past and moving toward whatever future they have left. You drive through a tunnel under the border wall and escape Night City for good. The game ends with V and Panam piloting the hover tank, joining the convoy of Aldecaldos heading for the border. In this one, after the events of Arasaka Tower, V agrees to join the Aldecaldos and leave Night City. This is arguably the happiest ending in the game. If V lives and you have gone with Panam, you get the All Along the Watchtower ending. ![]() The game ends with V floating through space, gun in hand, ready to infiltrate the casino. After that, V goes to the Afterlife and meets with Mr Blue Eyes about planning a heist on the Crystal Palace, a casino on a space station. However, both will tell V that they are leaving Night City, knowing that V will die soon and they will never see each other again. You wake up in an expensive apartment, and if you had a romantic relationship with Panam or Judy, they will be there too. Rogue gets you the Path of Glory ending, where V becomes a legend of Night City. If you choose to let V live, you get a different ending depending on whether you came with Rogue or Panam. You are given two choices, either allow Arasaka to copy your consciousness and store it in Mikoshi, effectively become their property, or refuse and return to Earth to live out your few remaining months. The toll the chip took on their body is irreversible. Defeat Smasher, then confront Yorinobu in his office.Īfter some dialogue, we cut to V on an Arasaka space station, being treated for the removal of the biochip. ![]() Doing so will have you up against dozens of Arasaka soldiers, and eventually, cross paths with Adam Smasher. You need to fight them off, then make your way through the facility to find him. ![]() You will go with Hanako and attend the meeting, until it all goes south and Yorinobu's forces attack. Her brother Yorinobu has become CEO of Arasaka since he murdered their father, and Hanako needs your help to convince the board of her brother's guilt. This will involve going with her and Hellman to Arasaka and meeting with the board of directors. You can take Hanako up on her deal and go with her. The Arasaka ending is a possibility no matter what you do.
